We used 1st Choice as a second opinion for a furnace that stopped working. Another local company said the furnace needed a part that was no longer available and that our only option was to replace the unit. 1st Choice found the true issue with the furnace (which was different than what the other company stated) and had the part on hand for replacement. The furnace is now working perfectly and didn’t need replacement. I can’t say enough about the capability and honesty of the 1st Choice technician who came out. I appreciate his willingness to trouble shoot versus just recommending total replacement. However, when replacement time comes, this company has earned our business.

My elderly mom’s furnace went out on Tuesday before Christmas. We called around for estimates. 1st Choice came out on Thursday to look at the furnace and gave us an estimate. We had the estimate within an hour. Chris told us that they could have the furnace installed on Monday after Christmas. He even asked my mom if she needed more space heaters to keep heat going in her home. The installers were out to her home Monday morning, 15 minutes early. It took 5 hours to remove the old furnace and install the new furnace and thermostat. She is very happy with her new furnace and the service.
